Martha took her last gentle breath on earth and her first joyous breath in Heaven today, March 24, when her Lord Jesus came to take her to the place He has prepared for her, His perfect healing and eternal LIFE in His presence. Rejoice with us in this victory!
Thank you so very much for your prayers for Martha and her family during this journey in which our Lord has so clearly shown His awesome grace and faithfulness through her testimony.
I will choose to rejoice with you, but I am sad in my heart. My prayers are with you as you grieve.

ReplyDeleteGlad to hear the news that she left peacefully and now stands in the awesome radiance of our Father. May your family be blessed by the LORD and give you strength as you remember your daughter's passing. We will all meet again, on that Day, in His Glory!
ReplyDeleteDearest Martha (Henrietta),
ReplyDeleteI am so happy for your March into Heaven. I know you are talking with God and all of those who have gone before you. I also know that you are now our angel in heaven. Look over your family as they go through this time without you. Check in with me from time to time. You know what I mean and I know you see this. Love you, Henrietta, and I will miss you. I am a better person for knowing you and having you as my friend.
Tammy (Frieda)

ReplyDeleteHallelujah! I'm so thankful that Martha has made it home to heaven. The thought of that glorious victory, and of your family's pain, brings tears that are both mourning for your family and joyous at the thought of the testimony to God's goodness, grace and mercy that God has spread to many through Martha's life. I am so thankful that I had the privilege to read Martha blog and learn such wonderful lessons from her. Thinking of your whole family at this time and praying for you.

Oh, she must be elated to be dancing with her Savior. I pray for her dear family to find peace and comfort in the coming days. Thank you, Martha, for sharing your life with me. I am going to miss you.
ReplyDeleteHeaven is rejoicing to receive such a precious sister in the Lord. She was a blessing to so many here. Her pilgrimage is over. She has won the race! We mourn our loss in this season of life until we again see her as a sister in Christ meeting Him in the air. My condolences to the family. May the Lord God comfort you for He is the Comforter. May you remember all the great times you had with her. My prayers are with you. Carrie
ReplyDeleteWe are saddened by your post, but we rejoice with you that she is finally healed and at peace and rejoicing with her Lord. She was a wonderful testimony thru all of this, as was your family. We will continue to pray for you during this time of grieving and pray the God of comfort will be near you and give you His grace to go thru this. We will all be reunited with her someday when we go to heaven too...PTL! Love in Christ, Ron and Linda Langford
ReplyDeleteI keep thinking about how death looks from God's perspective. We pray for healing from a temporal, finite perspective. God grants ultimate healing for each of us from his timeless, infinite perspective. Martha's healing knows no bounds. It is timeless, infinite, and perfect. Praying for all of you of her dear family who are left to grapple with the loss of her wonderful presence in this temporal world that her step into eternity brings.
ReplyDeleteMy heart breaks and rejoices at the same time. I will forever be blessed to have had Martha in my life. I will love her forever. She will never be forgotten.
ReplyDeleteMy condolences to and continued prayers for all of Martha's Family and Friends.
ReplyDeleteSincerely,
Clare

ReplyDeleteMartha,
ReplyDeleteYour body is gone but your spirit will continue to live on as your family believes and through the good works of your Etsy store.
Thank you for being my friend. Thank you for leading the way with your great courage as a young woman facing cancer, courageous enough to trust in your faith as you faced what was presented to you.
Peace and love to your family during this time and beyond.

ReplyDelete- You are free now, Beautiful One. Enjoy every moment of it and soar high in His love!!
Dear Depp Family,
ReplyDeleteI simultaneously rejoice for Martha and her transition Home into the loving arms of Jesus, and grieve for all who are left behind to miss her so greatly. What a unique, loving, strong, thoughtful woman! I must imagine that she began her blog as a way to cope with her cancer and the changes it thrust upon her life, and yet the Lord used it to touch so many. I began reading her blog because I cared about her and wanted to know how she was doing. It was the strangest thing! I found myself reevaluating my own life. Was I truly in a walk with God? Did I care enough for others or was I selfish? and on and on. Martha's open sharing of her journey ministered to me in such a powerful way! I just felt that you would want to know how profoundly she touched others and how beautifully the Lord used her thoughts and words.
Your family will remain in my prayers as you all experience the pain of letting your cherished one go. May God bless you all.

"I feel a strong immortal hope which bears my mournful spirit up beneath its mountain load; redeemed from death, and grief, and pain, I soon shall find my friend (daughter, sister)within the arms of God." Charles Wesley
ReplyDeleteMartha was an amazing woman with a profound faith. She has and will continue to encourage me to seek truth and remain faithful. She truly has taught me a lot throughout our friendship and through her blog. So glad for her that she made her journey to the door. True life begins for her.
